Woody is preceded in death by his daughter, Kaye Lee Woodall; his parents, Robert and Mary Woodall; brothers, Jack Woodall, Tommy Dreyer and Ray Dreyer; and his father-in-law, Kenneth Rippy VanDeventer. He is survived by his loving wife of 33 ½ years, Sheila Kaye VanDeventer Woodall; his son, Rippy Dean Woodall; brothers, Ernest Woodall (Paula) and Richert Mathias; sister, Mary Catherine Woodall; mothers-in-law, Judy VanDeventer and Bettye Spruell, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and special family members.

Woody enjoyed watching football and Nascar (his favorite was Alex Bowman #48), and listening to old country music from Willie Nelson and Hank Williams, Jr. Woody was a homebody, loved his family and friends, and would help anyone in need.
